Who We Are
Do you like being treated as if you're just another trouble ticket? Neither do I, and I don’t think either of us should have to be.
If you run a small business, you're under a lot of pressure to perform in a lot of different roles, and that doesn't leave a lot of time for worrying about computer problems.
It also doesn't leave a lot of time for trying to convince someone, who's just punching out trouble tickets, that it's urgent that you be able to get access to your accounting data today!
You don't have to settle for subhuman treatment from someone whose primary interest is to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. You can work with someone who genuinely wants to build a relationship with you, understand your business, and serve your computer needs as best as possible based on that relationship.
I'm not about contracts or forcing you pay extra to get a better place in line. I want you to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of how much money you spend each month. Why? Because I believe that the only way to conduct good business is through building relationships with people, not just by exchanging goods and services... and certainly not by treating my customers as if they are the problem.
You're an expert at what you do - shouldn't you have expert assistance with your computer needs?
I look forward to meeting you and proving to you that working with a computer guy doesn't mean that you have to learn to tolerate someone who doesn't care about your business, who talks down to you, and who should probably shower more often.
Let me help you.
Jared and I take the term "Other Half" to a whole new level. We work together to make sure that you're getting the best service possible. Almost every time you need us on-site, you'll see both of us because we understand that when we operate as a team we multiply our effectiveness. When he doesn't hear something, I've got it. When he doesn't remember something, I've got it. In the rare cases where he doesn't understand what you're saying - or you don't understand what he's saying - I've got it and I'll help bridge the gap.
Because I also own and operate two other small businesses, I understand the struggles you're going through. The way you depend on your computer's functionality, the way it hurts your business when your computer is down, the way it frustrates you to have a computer that won't do what you want it to, I understand all of this because I've gone through it myself. I also understand that the last thing you need in that situation is some guy telling you what's wrong in words that may as well be a different language, or someone who only succeeds in creating bigger problems.
You're ready to start working with a computer professional who’s actually a professional.
You're ready to finally have your computers be an asset instead of a liability.
You're ready for your computer people to actually understand you and care about you.
Got it!
